As Managing Director, Dan manages the broker, insurance, and administration teams. He also continues to assist clients with their finance needs and is passionate that every client receives exceptional service. His career in the industry began with a role in an independent financial advisory firm and was followed by several years working for Mayfair brokerages. Daniel founded Holbrook Property Finance in 2010 and is incredibly proud of what the Holbrook team have achieved over the years.
Dan is keen runner and experienced Obstacle Course racer, regularly competing in events such as Tough Mudder and Spartan. Dan has also been a target shooter for many years, now using the excuse that old age and failing eyesight mean he is no longer as accurate as he was!

Outside of work, my biggest passion is staying active, fitness and boxing are huge parts of my routine which keeps me sharp and disciplined. Looking ahead, I am excited to challenge myself by training for a marathon. I also have a great appreciation for the arts and love going to the theatre whenever I get the chance. Above all else, though, nothing beats making memories and spending quality time with my family.

Having worked in the industry since leaving college (we won’t mention how long ago that was!), Lisa has a wealth of experience in both mortgage administration & customer service as well as Mortgage Advice & practice. Having previously worked as an adviser for Holbrook Property Finance, she founded L J Ray Mortgages in 2018 and continues to work closely with us as an Appointed Representative.
Lisa takes great pride in guiding people through their mortgage process and unburdening them from as much stress as she can. A happy client who has excitedly moved into their new home sending her pictures is her favourite email to receive.
Lisa loves long dog walks that end with a roast dinner in a candle lit pub with a glass of wine. She is also hugely involved with the theatre, directing & acting in productions as well as watching plays as often as possible.

Matt has a huge amount of experience completing insurance applications with clients and processing cases to their conclusions, whilst making the client journey as smooth and as stress free as possible. For the last 18 years, he has been able to help clients become financially secure in the case of unforeseen circumstances, so that both themselves and their families are fully protected at their most vulnerable times.
Matt is sports crazy and likes nothing more than watching football, rugby union, sailing and hiking. When being all sporty, Matt enjoys live music and, rather handily, producing wine (that’s not the reason we employ him!)
